1. General Terms
By purchasing from Rahma Arabian Bakery & Confectionery (“Rahma”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), customers (“you” or “the customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all sales, services, and interactions conducted in-store or online.
Prices, products, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Product Policy
All products are freshly prepared and packaged under strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Customers are responsible for checking all products for quality, freshness, and expiry dates before leaving the store.
Due to the perishable nature of bakery and confectionery items, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once products have left the store, except in cases of proven defect or fault at the time of purchase.
All products must be stored and consumed according to instructions provided on packaging or by staff.
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, or other ingredients unless specifically labeled as such.
3. Return & Refund Policy
To ensure fairness and hygiene compliance, Rahma Arabian Bakery & Confectionery enforces the following return policy:
Any item to be returned must be accompanied by a valid payment slip or proof of purchase dated within 24 hours of the transaction.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Only products found to be defective, spoiled, or not as described at the time of sale will be considered for replacement or refund.
Returns will be evaluated by management, and the decision to refund or replace an item rests solely with Rahma Arabian Bakery & Confectionery.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed in the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
No returns will be accepted without a valid payment slip within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Food Safety & Hygiene Policy
Rahma Arabian Bakery & Confectionery follows all applicable South African food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
All products are prepared, handled, and displayed using approved food-grade materials and equipment.
Staff are trained in safe food handling, hygiene, and temperature control to maintain quality and customer safety.
While every precaution is taken to ensure food safety, Rahma cannot be held responsible for any adverse reaction, illness, or injury resulting from the consumption of products once they have left our premises, as storage and handling are beyond our control.
5. Health, Safety & Liability
Rahma Arabian Bakery & Confectionery is committed to maintaining a safe shopping environment for all customers.
However, the store and its owners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur on the premises.
Customers enter the premises at their own risk.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times within the store.
6. Pricing & Availability
Prices displayed in-store or online are valid at the time of purchase and may change without notice.
Certain products may be available for a limited time or subject to seasonal availability.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price before completing the sale.
